You have 2 wireless phone units, one downstairs and one upstairs in the master bedroom. I also have a multifunction, fax, copier machine for your use if needed.
There is a combo washer/dryer upstairs on the terrace.
There is a large air conditioner / heater installed on the wall in the stairwell to keep you cool downstairs and a smaller one installed in the master bedroom. Each have their own remote control as well as timers if needed.
Comments: I am only really strict about one thing and that is the NO SMOKING policy. It is okay if you smoke on any one of the 3 balconies/terraces but please, please, do NOT smoke inside the condo
You are on Honduras st so if you turn left, you will end up in Palermo SoHo in a few blocks with all its shops, boutiques, outdoor cafes, etc.
Neighborhood: PALERMO
It is the heart of Palermo Soho. This part of Palermo neighborhood is today called “Soho” because it is the place preferred by artists and craftsmen. Every Saturday and Sunday, it becomes a setting for plastic artists who exhibit and sell their art works. Around the square, you can find coffee shops, restaurants, bookshops, ateliers, furniture, accessories and clothes shops. Buenos Aires vanguard design can be found in this area -surrounded by Costa Rica, Godoy Cruz, Malabia and Gorriti streets.
